Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92bd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 92bd website, all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services we provide. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

By accessing, browsing, or using the 92bd platform in any manner — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, participating in a promotion, or placing a bet — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. 92bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility to Register and Play

To open an account and participate in any activity on 92bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92bd applies a strict 21+ age policy. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the platform, without exception.
• You must be a human individual (not a company, bot, or automated system) using the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme, have an account that has been suspended or permanently closed by 92bd, or be acting on behalf of another person.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals for all players. 92bd processes transactions as quickly as technically possible, with average deposit confirmations under 60 seconds via bKash and Nagad and average withdrawal completion within 15 minutes.

• The minimum deposit on 92bd is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the platform, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• 92bd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, which are outside 92bd's control.

• The minimum withdrawal on 92bd is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable payment provider's terms.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting bonus rollover conditions will result in the relevant bonus being forfeited.
• 92bd reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• 92bd is not liable for delays caused by payment processing systems of third-party providers, banking institutions, or mobile wallet operators. If a withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of confirmation, players should contact 92bd support.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

92bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that gambling is affecting their mental health, finances, or relationships are encouraged to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance. The following conduct is prohibited on 92bd and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure.

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of betting calculators that interface directly with the 92bd platform.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers is grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Using chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider to recover funds that have been lawfully wagered is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and civil recovery action.
• Playing under another person's account, sharing your account with another person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

7. Amendments and Governing Law

92bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92bd will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 92bd platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and fair play standards. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with 92bd's support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 92bd will endeavour to resolve all player disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
